Message	do you think we have cash to blow every single year on these things? Just like you we nail the low-hanging fruit. In San Antonio we could organize it directly. In '06 we will be able to organize it directly since it's in our home town. Seedy stepped up in California and nailed everything for us out there. If you want to help us get something set up for Syracuse, do it. Don't whine about us ignoring the northeast because that's not what is going on.
